			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On June 25, 2008, <a href="http://willinteractive.com">WILL Interactive, Inc.</a> and <a href="http://vet-works.com">Vetwork Learning Solutions, Inc. (Vet-Works)</a> entered into a Joint Venture in accordance with Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) Subpart 19.14 &#8212; Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOB) Procurement Program.  The V-W Joint Venture has been determined to meet all requirements in paragraph 19.1403(c) and is considered a service-disabled veteran-owned small business concern eligible to compete for SDVOB set-aside contracts and to receive sole-source contracts.  In accordance with SBA requirements for Joint ventures that are considered SDVOBs, Vet-Works is the managing partner of the Joint Venture.</p>
