A Day in the Bam by WILL Interactive
Maneuver Advanced Noncommissioned Officers Course
Creation Date: 2007
Contract Client: U.S. Army—Armor Center
Description
Created for the U.S. Army Armor Center at Fort Knox, A Day in the Bam is a Maneuver Advanced Noncommissioned Officers Course that explores leadership and decision-making in stressful situations.
You get to become two soldiers in an interactive movie and make decisions that determine the storyline and the outcome.
Infantry Sergeant First Class Mike Decker is experienced, organized, and articulate; never speaking without reason.
Armor Staff Sergeant Nick McCarthy has natural instincts and intuition.
This 2 CD set examines command/control, tactical decision-making, and their effect on the mission as a whole.
Some choices you face will involve Command and Control/Doctrinal issues and will have answers that are clearly right or wrong. Other choices will involve grey areas that test you decision-making and leadership skills and may not seem to have a clearly right or wrong answer. You choose. You decide.
