Description

You enter the world and work of a police officer and see issues from an up-close and decision-making perspective. Reel Justice centers on a domestic violence incident that takes place in a college town. You take on the role of a young police officer investigating the incident.

You explore a wide variety of criminal justice issues firsthand—criminal responsibility; theories of crime causation; civil vs. criminal law; police roles, functions, and ethics; the courts—and master course concepts more completely than by using a textbook alone.

Reel Justice includes Story Mode for watching as a movie and making decisions for the main character; complete with Topic Summaries and links to an online assessment. It also includes Study Mode which is chapter-specific and ideal for test preparation and homework assignments.

Reel Justice includes a Scorecard to track and report completion of assignments and an Instructor Customization ability for instructors to customize viewing options and assignments to display.
