Description

Dilemmas: The Engineer is a VEILS that educates undergraduate engineering students in the process of professional ethical decision-making. The program (developed in collaboration with the Stockdale Center for Ethical Leadership at the U.S. Naval Academy) follows Shaun Baker, a newly-minted Professional Engineer as he is challenged by the day-to-day issues of his profession. Users are challenged to make decisions in real time that test their understanding of a professional code of ethics. The program also guides users, step by step, through an ethical decision-making model designed by Dr. Betsy Holmes.

In Dilemmas: The Engineer, you'll walk in his shoes and face the ethical challenges he encounters on the job. The choices you make will determine whether or not you succeed as a young Professional Engineer.
