Created for the U.S. Army Armor Center at Fort Knox, The Leader was developed for the Center's Maneuver Captains Career Course. The story takes place over seven years of CPT/MAJ Hillier's career, starting as a new Company commander and ending as a battle-tested XO. Module 1 includes topics such as command supply discipline, the development of junior Officers, and tactical site exploitation. Module 2 includes topics ranging from adaptation to new mission environments, to personal recovery, Battle Captain, and Wargaming.
