Empathy and Respect
Inevitably, a worker will likely express emotions or convey experiences to a colleague that are outside of their shared worldviews or shared experiences. That colleague will have a chance to either show them respect and empathy or disregard them. We all experience the world differently based on multiple aspects of our identity. One doesn't have to share the same lived experiences to show respect and empathy. Knowing how to support colleagues helps build a sense of team, trust, and belonging.
The award-winning A Brighter Tomorrow training series proves that high-impact training can be as entertaining as it is effective. Using WILL's Choose Your Own Journey® methodology and streaming-quality scenarios, the Brighter Tomorrow series is the simply the best training available to improve workplace culture.
