Valencia leads education of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI&B) globally to support the development of inclusive leaders. In addition, she chairs the global DEI Council in her company and leads the Inclusive Excellence task force at her school district's foundation, where she sits on the executive board, ensuring access and opportunity for every student.
She is a thought leader and called upon to speak on topics of bias, equality, accessibility, and inclusivity. Valencia is an equity champion and guides the development of accessible and inclusive experiences for all, both at work and in her community.
Jennie is a senior screenwriter at WILL Interactive specializing in writing DEI&B training. She has written training in the subject matter for Mass General Brigham, The United States Naval Academy, and The National Institutes of Health.
Jennie is also a professional playwright whose plays have been performed across the country. As a proud member of a Jewish/Southern-American/Canadian/Chinese-Trinidadian household, Jennie knows that diversity brings great richness (and calories) to the dinner table!
Jeff is the Chief Creative Officer at WILL Interactive. He has written and directed dozens of interactive movies and supervised the development of over one hundred. He’s been a pioneer in instructional design, the blending of entertainment and education, and creating story-based training for over 26 years.
He wrote and directed the first-ever feature-length interactive movie for the improvement of DEI&B in 1998 to address inequities in the U.S. Army. Since then, he has filmed multiple DEI&B movies for healthcare, military, law enforcement, and other professional communities.
