I can't hear the training / audio issues

If you have no sound in your training, first make sure that the browser tab playing the program isn't muted. If a tab is muted, there is typically a speaker icon with a line through it.

If your tab isn't muted, next confirm that you have sound on other sites, such as YouTube. If you don't there could be an issue with the audio output of your machine.

If you do have sound on other sites, next try to restart your browser and then your machine if that doesn't resolve it.

You can always contact support if you continue to have issues.

My video is stuck / frozen

If you run into an issue with a video being stuck or frozen. First try turning off automatic video quality. You can get to that by clicking on settings and then unchecking the automatic quality switch.

If that doesn't work, next try to restart your browser and then your machine to see if that resolves the issue.

My course will not start / initialize

If you are taking one of our courses on your organization's Learning Management System (LMS) and it will not start, you may see an error. This is typically an issue with your organizations LMS not being able to initialize. We recommend that you restart your browser to see if it resolves the issue. You can also try a different browser on your machine to see if that allows it to start.

You can always contact support if you continue to have issues.

My course won't mark as complete

If you are taking one of our courses on your organization's Learning Management System (LMS) and it will not mark as complete, first be sure that you are hitting the exit or "Save & Close" button in the top right corner of the program. This is required for some LMS platforms to register completion.

If that doesn't work, next try to restart your browser and then your machine to see if that resolves the issue.

My course progress reset / won't bookmark

If you are taking one of our courses on your organization's Learning Management System (LMS) and it reset back to the beginning or won't bookmark, first be sure that you are hitting the exit or "Save & Close" button in the top right corner of the program. This is required for some LMS platforms to store progress.

If that doesn't work, please check with your LMS administrator to see if they can resolve this issue. We unfortunately have limited access this user data.
